My First Time in Time-out

Well, Brecken is becoming a two-year-old (a little early)... we thought it would never come. She is always such an angel (besides throwing her food on the ground and demanding "Wheels on the Bus" performances in the car)!!!. Today she kicked the oven a couple of times- I asked her to stop, then told her that it was a "no-no". Brecken looked me in the eye, then kicked the oven even harder. She did this all deliberately- she knew what I was saying, but wanted to be funny. I again told her no... then she did it again. Now- it was "Time-out" time ( my 1st one as a Mom)! She knew she was in trouble and was okay with it. She was cooperative. When time-out was done, she did it again. Next time-out wasn't as smooth- she got some attitude!!! It was a challenge to keep a straight face!

I am proud to claim her as MINE!!!

It's Potty Time!!! What a BIG girl! She loves to sit on her toilet, but she has yet to leave a treat behind! (Thank goodness!!)

Brecken is obsessed with Grandma Delpha's dolls. Everytime we asked her if she wants to go see Grandma, she replies, "Grandma... baby?" !!! Don't worry Delpha... Brecken also loves you for reasons other than your dolls.

Happy Holidays!!! Our little family went to Sacramento for Christmas to visit Kim's family. We had a busy, busy trip (as always)... lots of fun! When the long-awaited Christmas day finally came, we began our morning with Brecken throwing up... stomach flu- soooo sad. It was definitely NOT what we pictured for Christmas. By the end of the day all three of us were under the weather. Christmas evening with the Lloyds consisted of three little ones taking turns sharing the contents of their stomachs. That would explain why there are no pictures of our Sacramento Christmas. Christmas with the Foulgers. Brecken felt so pretty in her new pig pajamas Grandma Foulger made for her. Everytime we would visit Grandma, Brecken would want to try on her pajamas.

This is my new smile! Everytime Uncle Vaughn would shine his flashlight in my face I would CHEESE up!LOOK- I match my cousins! (adorable!)
